Love it.

I have had trouble with the app for more than two years as it won’t hold the information and changes I enter. Several attempts to remedy and calls to staff but still not usable!

My only issue is that anyone can delete or add what you’ve work so hard in putting in your tree

This app is appalling for an end user. You constantly end up in logical dead-ends in the user interface pathway logic and have to restart the app. When it makes you create a document etc you have to hunt for which field you must enter (e. TITLE) rather than put the cursor where EVERY user must go !! Very poorly designed and not tested by a real end user. Very unprofessional. After about an hour, I gave up trying to simply name people in a photo - constant illogical dead - ends . EVER SCREEN needs an escape button to at least get you back to HOME. JUST SIMPLY UNUSABLE !!!

Been excellent for me. Research is time consuming however for the effort to preserve the family history is vital in my opinion ( In retirement ) Should have started years ago while my parents were still alive. Not everybody’s oyster however this site is good for me

Up until the new “bug fixes” update, I was able to access this Family Search app on my iPhone as I do not have a computer/browser. Now I cannot access my Family History tree at all without having a browser despite trying to log in using either my username, email, Google account or any other option. There have been other issues in the past, again with the need to use a browser on a computer but now, I cannot access it at all. To say I’m hugely disappointed is an understatement. This app should not be available for iPhone users and should state as such.

Ive been using this app for a few years. Since the beginning there’s been issues here and there. However, lately it’s gotten worse. For the past few weeks this app has been unusable due to constant freezing and crashing. I cannot open up any of my ancestors profiles let alone add data because the app just freeze and/or crash. This is the case on both my new HP laptop and my mobile phone. It’s a good app (when it works). It’d be a shame if I can no longer use it to build on my tree. Worse if I lose years of research!

Definitely would NOT Recommend this App ❗️🚫 Had to Do Practically EVERYTHING MYSELF🥵😫 with Practically 📉 NO ASSISTANCE 🚫 from the App 😞Itself❗️❌😵‍💫 In my opinion- “My Heritage “ is Better Value For Genealogy !! 🤠

The problem with this website is not the making of The Church of Latter Day Saints. They do everything possible to help amateur genealogists. This is an open input family tree site and that is the rub. Anyone can and occasionally some do alter or delete a lot of hard accurate work. Sometimes the alterations are ridiculous and other times I think malicious. It is a free to use site which often, because of hints from FS a wonderful thing to find your ancestors.

Could some one add a refresh button Please it would help alot. Thanks
