Easy to use
Though there may be issues sometimes, they were quickly fixed. I like its ease of use.

They robbing precious people’s Money and Time!! Be Aware!!!
App logs me out and loses consecutive day stars
The worst app and company. I close the app and I’m logged out. Even when I leave the app open on the tablet, it logs out. I’ve lost daily attendance stars when I’ve logged in everyday. We spend hundreds of dollars to keep our Star at the top of the Board. Then spend hundreds to pay for the boards The price of advertising billboards has doubled and then some. There must be a reliable and competitive company that can do it. We won’t use Fannstar next year

Don’t purchase rainbow stars
I purchased rainbow stars two times but no stars have been given to my account after paying money. It is more than US$100. I kept emailing Fannstar but no response. I probably need to lodge a complaint, this is breaching consumer law. The site is also very slow, seems like the server needs upgrade and too many ads in trying to read articles.

Giao diện như hồi mới có điện thoại thông minh, quê mùa và lag điên luôn. Bấm vô cái app quay vòng vòng hoài. App cũng có mấy giải, event cho idol cũng ok mà sao làm ăn kì cục. Thồn 1 đống tiền quảng cáo mà không làm được cái app cho đàng hoàng. Tệ!
