I subscribed with my iphone and I’m trying access the app with google chrome, but it’s impossible to sync with my account. The only way to broadcast is using my iPhone and connect through my TV 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ Second, all games from Brasileirao (Brazil serie A), there aren’t broadcast, only the images and the ambient sound……..wth guys? This is the service you guys are offering????
Here’s a breakdown of the app. ❌ most of the games don’t have narration ❌ stream have horrible quality, possibly 480p, 720p if you’re lucky (yes, I have a good wired connection) ❌ sometimes they simply decide not to stream a game (like what?) Problems I already have while using for three months: - couldn’t cancel my account (had a server error) - couldn’t open a ticket to close this account (had to pause at least to not be charged) - support take at least three hours to get back, so if you’re expecting to watch a game, forget about it - game had no sound - game had no image but sound Whatever you do, don’t subscribe to this app, they had other names as well (afaplay, brasileiraoplay, etc)
Doesn’t have Brazilian league games, some Brazilian games don’t have Portuguese speaking commentators. Signed a couple weeks ago and they advised the Brazilian league, now its stated they say it’s “still pending” ?!?!
I paid $20 to watch Venezuela against Italy and after 2 minutes all I saw was a grey screen. Every time I tried to refresh it would just restart the game even if it was live.
Went to their website. Wanted to watch the Betplay final (Colombian football) but did t trust giving my CC info over their website so I downloaded the app and made a monthly purchase ($12.99) but unable to watch the game. SCAM ALERT!!! Going to contact apple to get my money back.
The fact that you guys charge an extra of at least $29 World Cup qualification games on top of what you guys charge per month? IT’S OUTRAGEOUS!! Do Better…
The app is good, but it has a big issue. All of a sudden I can’t see the matches in full screen in my IPhone. If they don’t fix it I’ll definitely quit.
I don’t know if that is on purpose, but every time I want to use my Apple TV app it asks for activation. So annoying…
