Worst app ever
I should’ve read the reviews before downloading and purchasing coins on this app because this app is the worst for me… the videos are too slow to upload and when I exist the app for like a min I automatically get logged out and have to log back in.
The only thing this app is good for is taking my money with no problems but for the videos and other things I can have access too or I have to log out of my Wi-Fi and use my data to watch a video… I really want to support the creators that I got this app for but with all this problem I’m only keeping the app until my subscription is expired.. I should just bought the cheaper tier instead of the higher tier… developers please work on this or just refund my money I’ll find a different way to show support to the content creators I subscribe too in a different way than this… I only got this app because the creator advertise their page on their YouTube and etc.
Fairly new app. Feature suggestions
I would love for this app to have PIP windows. When I’m watching long videos or podcast it’ll be nice to have a picture in picture window so I can use my phone while that video is in the background & can be watched.
App won’t load
I can’t even visit creators pages because the app won’t load. Every page just spins in circles for 10 minutes. Waste of money on my subscription

This app is complete trash… Any creator’s profile I tap on will not load for me.

App is so buggy i cant even sign in and when i finally did sign in, it wont let me deactivate my account, AND WHEN I FINALLY CLICK “DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT” IT MAKES ME SIGN IN AGAIN (BUT IT DOESNT LET ME ACTUALLY SIGN IN IN ORDER TO DEACTIVATE MY ACC)
About the likes button.
I’m having trouble pushing the likes button ok creator’s post. It keeps disappearing and I wouldn’t let me to like it. It’s pretty sad that it was working before you released an update!
Please fix this issue that occurred in my experience using this app.

Poor quality
The photos uploaded by content creators have watermarks all across each photo making them annoying to look at. The photos are also of lesser quality.
Great platform with great UI
Fanhouse is a great platform for anyone who wants to build a community around streaming, music, or anything else. The UI is also super user-friendly and easy to navigate and notifs are easy to control!
User experience unimportant to devs
This was nice at first, but it’s just going downhill.
I’m all for supporting the creators, but their restrictiveness seems to make user experience worse.
On app and on web, it takes forever for content to load in the DMs.
And they have no issue with taking your cash, but somehow access to new people you join are unable to be viewed.
