My Bluetooth is up and working but your app doesn’t do anything except play like a game nothing happens in the real world. So why can’t I get help in English.

Great Fan Worthless App

Remote works fine but app his unusable. Tried everything to get app to work and no success. Remote is fan specific and unable use 1 remote on two fans in same room….Wrong QR code? JasonGhost.com?

Make sure you follow the steps, there is a helpful video on the instructions tap. I had some trouble at first until I found the video.

App simply doesn’t work

This app came with my new ceiling fans. Thought it would work, tried all the instructions, but it will not pair with either of my new fans. Gimmick and a flat out lie.

Amazing!

This app is fantastic! My only recommendation for the developer is a more guided tour for pair the app with the fans which is not super intuitive. Otherwise amazing!

Easy to install. Simple to operate.

Installation was a snap. Much easier than any fan I have ever installed. The operation is simple and straightforward. I loaded app and it was extremely smooth. Great product!
