Very Bad app

It’s really nice to connect with your idol but I can’t get a code and that why can’t post anything 💔 I tried with 3 different numbers and it still doesn’t work I write my number down and it doesn’t send me a verify code :/

I got this app LAUNCH DAY and I even bought the membership, but guess what I can’t use it because I can’t get verified I try this app on the daily and I still don’t get a verification code, it’s frustrating and when they finally responded to my email all they said is to update it 🙄 as if I haven’t been checking for updates Please fix it.

I live in uae and when I put the phone number it dosent send verification?! Fix ur app please I wanna chat

It doesn’t send the verification code

Basically I downloaded the app three days ago and till now I can’t send anything because I need to verify my phone number, its not that something is wrong with my number or phone I literally wrote my phone number over 20 times and I still didn’t get the verification code. A lot of people told me to update the app which I did and it still doesn’t work, this problem isn’t only with me but with many other STAYS who are trying to verify their phone numbers but no success. So please fix this issue.

Verification process is extremely poor. Have been waiting an entire day and have tried multiple times but have still yet to receive a verification sms code. This stops me from being able to even use the app and is extremely frustrating.
