Awesome and addictive at same time

Yet another greedy developer that puts profits ahead of its players. 15th October 2021 I contacted the developer asking how to backup & transfer my save game file as I was experiencing device issues. 3 days later they responded telling me to use the cloud function in Game Centre. I was unable to find the function stated. 19th October I emailed I wasn’t able to locate the cloud function. 21st Oct they acknowledged they misinformed me & suggested iCloud. I stated I don’t use iCloud & would have to cease playing their games as I was unwilling to start the game again on a new device after progressing so far. 22nd Oct they said (copied & pasted from email) We have received similar concerns from other players as well. We have already forwarded the concern regarding the progress transfer feature to our Product team and our Product team is currently working it. They also offered some in game currency to start on a new device…even though I previously stated I did not wish to start again so I politely declined. 23rd Nov I contacted again asking if progress had been made on the game save/transfer function. 25th Nov they replied (copied & pasted from email) We understand your concern. However, our product team is already working on this feature. They will surely introduce progress save/transfer feature soon in the game. Till then, kindly stay tuned. They again offered in game currency to start a new game. This shows disrespect as I already turned down the offer. 24th Jan 2022 I received an update for the game. There was no game save/transfer feature but on the splash screen there was advertising for all their other games. I now receive full screen in game advertising offline of their other games & while online, adverts start playing without me tapping on anything. So…in the 3 months since I initiated contact, they can’t code the game save/transfer feature into the game but they can code annoying adverts that have driven me from the game. I will be sure to inform everyone I can to avoid this greedy lazy disrespectful developer.

I’ve really enjoyed this game, but today is the last time I’ll play. No more room to put any new buildings or decorations so all the latest building offers can’t be chosen. Fun while it lasted, all I can do now is open chests, add even more coins and tokens and gold, no more building, no more taking part in events due to no land available. I’m on level 150 and that’s it. Over. Quite sad really it’s not been updated or added to.

Love the game one of my favourites to always play, but would be great if there is a way to earn more gold bars. I don’t mind having to buy some but it can get expensive if you want to continue playing and upgrading in the game.

I really like this game but it’s frustrating that I’m starting run out of space to build in some locations. I hope the developers release an update that fixes this issue otherwise I will probably stop playing.

I enjoy this game, can just sometimes get a bit boring for long waiting times if you don’t want to spend real money on it. Building upgrades etc should be be faster. Other then that it’s nice.

The game is definitely addictive but to be honest I don’t like that you change building that could be bought for coins to must be bought for gold bars, it just makes me not want to play, I am a retiree and I just don’t have heaps of cash to give you sorry, I’m really just playing your game until I find another one that doesn’t constantly want money spent in the game to get ahead, it’s a shame because I think you could make it more enjoyable and even more addictive by not constantly asking wanting cash and please don’t respond to me saying I can get ahead without spending money because the way the game is designed that would take an eternity

This game is so awesome I can’t stop playing it I start and the next thing I know 3-4 hours have gone past I love building new homes and exploring new areas and love how you can design your villages how you want them
