Fantrax Fantasy Sports

Fantrax is great because it allows you to create dynasty leagues in baseball, which yahoo fantasy does not allow. Dynasty’s are the most fun to play because you build your team over multiple years and get to watch what you’ve built either grow or get destroyed by another team that did better! It’s just good stuff. I have minor complaints about how the app runs sometimes but for the most part it doesn’t have many problems. If I could go to a decimal rating it’d probably be somewhere closer to a 4.5/5 rating for Fantrax. It’s great!

Was excited to try this app. Extremely frustrating it doesn't work right

Fantrax has decided they will deny payments made through the apple App Store and through the apple wallet without notifying anyone of the decision. Made several attempts at payments to which the app reflected that payment was received and confirmed and weeks later Fantrax denied that payment was ever made and declined the transaction with no notification provided that this was done. All year I have been fighting with their terrible customer support. Not only won’t I use this ever again but I’ll also be filing a BBB complaint and a complaint with my states AG. This is beyond typical poor customer service.

Used to be very buggy and in need of frequent maintenance, but Fantrax has vastly improved and is a very simple platform to use for all your fantasy sports. Customer service is quick and responsive.

In the final weeks of the regular season I realized that I messed my playoff scheduling up. I reached out to Fantrax support in a panic to try and get this rectified and they legitimately responded and took care of my exact requests in less than 15 total minutes, for two leagues! Neither of which were simple requests either. I don’t normally write reviews but they deserve this one. Happy to play my leagues here. They gained a lifer

Our league switched from yahoo because it wasn’t near as customizable. We love the fact that we can get everything you want on setup!

This a mediocre in all honesty it works half the time and is buggy and doesn’t update decent enough.

Our league has used Fantrax for 10 years and it provides great service and player info.

Slow drafts never works. I jus left one that was going to be12 hours. The last one I did was 6 hours and at least 4 teams got tired and went auto. When that happens and the league starts those owners are nowhere to be found. no slow league should’ve more than an hour.

App is now better than Yahoo’s confusing app. Needs to be better to navigate around (hire a UX dev), but I can usually find the useful info I need.
