Farkle Frenzy

Discovered this game. Great fun!!

I love this game, but I’ve had to delete it. Half-way through the game and it’s my turn to roll the dice, the dice start rolling….and never stop! I’ll go to another game that’s more reliable.

I really like this game, but it feels like the algorithm is constructed to give the computer an advatage. I notice occasions where the roles are much higher scores on the first role, for the computer, than the ones I get. Not assured, and I do manage to win from time to time, just not as consistently as the computer. UPDATE: Developers, I just watched the computer beat me by gaining 5K+ points on the final round...TWICE. Two different games where it needed to earn over 5K points to win. I mean, what are the odds? I like your game, but that sort of thing really takes the fun out of it. UPDATE: Developers, maybe consider disabling the Collect button for the first role of a turn. It is easy to accidentally hit it and your role is forfeit.

Algorithm still favours the computer. It would be a really nice app if the developers would tweak the algorithm to address this apparently common complaint about the game. Thanks

I’m enjoying the app. I do wish there was a way to choose alternate rules—which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. I especially miss the 500 to get on the board, and the 3 1s equals 1000, but overall a great app to destress.

After beating them a couple times, the computer takes over the rest. Terrible game. You can never win afterwards. I’ve lost 5 times in a row by huge margins. I need 5,000+ points in order to win. Terrible developers. Deleting game.

Fun & addictive. According to Farkle, the actual creators of the game 3 of the 1 dice equals to 1000 not 300. Also, is there a way to play with friends?

Scoring is wrong

I’ve only played Farkle once before, with a group of people who had all played it for years and could tally up the score of a roll in a split second. I had a hard time learning because they all rolled and swiped the dice so fast! It was very frustrating. This game, however, quickly taught me the patterns and combinations, though I wish the initial instructions had included the fact that you clicked on the dice you wanted to keep, and then the roll would re-roll the rest. It also took me a bit to learn that if you used all six dice, you could still choose Roll and keep going to try for more points. I especially appreciate that the ads are an unobtrusive banner on the screen. I’ve deleted more than one game because they forced me to sit through stupid repetitious videos of other games. I don’t want to watch a 15 second video and then have to click through several more screens to X out of an ad after every round! Good job to the developers! This is fun!

For as many times as the computer gets Farkle, it some how always catches up and wins or it’s a tie. It doesn’t ever allow you to win I don’t like how t as I feel there a glitch
