Awful.
I used this app since it first came out. I have tried the new one since Telus bought it and it’s absolutely terrible now. Very disappointing how all that data I had is gone or useless now.
Ruined a good app
Used for years worked great, new app is complete garbage, and made years worth of old data basically impossible to retrieve or use.
This app sucks
Bring back the old farm at hand! You guys completely screwed this up.
Telus has wrecked this app
The original Farm At Hand app was great. Easy to use - and easy to get to. THEN …. Came Telus… the Telus Decisive partnership has not benefited the users. Half the time the app doesn’t launch. It makes you log in repeatedly. It is configured differently…. And we lost all the data of the previous 10 years - super annoyed with this new arrangement.
Tri M Farms
We have used this app since 2015 and loved it. Easy to use, add or retrieve info from an iPhone or desktop. The field info was easy to add to in the field. Grain in storage was also very easy to manage allowing several of us to view bin levels and make adjustments. Now it is absolutely garbage. Since new owners have upgraded it it is slow to load , and very difficult to use. What a mess from what was an excellent product. We hate to change but will be canceling and finding something that works on our farm as opposed to what a software developer thinks we need.
Useless
New version is useless. Nightmare to navigate and most field inputs are useless. All old data for seeder/sprayer settings lost. Old app was great for in field data inputting, new app is garbage.
Bring back the old app
Completely ruined, I had to switch apps, trying to go back and look for information and it’s a nightmare
5 steps backwards
The old app was simple and easy to use. Instead of building on what worked quite well, they made this new app which is clunky, confusing and has much less usability and customization. Poor decision making on the developers part. I’ve all but quit using this app. Spreadsheets are easier than this.
Complete records
Pretty in depth app. Lots of detail capability. Quick updates of to do lists as well as equipment profiles
