Stops working too often

For the first few days, this app worked fine; however, after a two weeks it stops working often. I will stop using it and will delete my profile

Login issue

Hello dears, It is a couple of day when I can’t login the game. I have tried several times, yet it is freezing at the initializing step.

soooo many things wrong on this game

#1 you cant delete your profile #2 you cant sign out from game center # 3 you cant delete the game i have tried it will off load but not delete game play no matter how many times i try to upgrade storrage i never get enough oil or resin to make what i need when you open land you still have to clear it with axes that you cant get enough materials that you need to make then the trees require 2,3,4, just to cut them down and you cant get enough steel to make axes to cut your fruit trees that keep dying so you have a forest of dead trees no place to put new ones or machines ive tried to muddle thru without spending cash it would be a money pit if i did liked the game but now its connected to my device and no amount of deleting gets rid of it i would think hard before downloading because you cant get rid of it im deleting again but you need to give a way to get rid of this game

No way to contact developer if you have an issue

There is NO way to contact ANYONE through this game, if you have any issue whatsoever. This is a HUGE issue…

Worked until I updated it.

This game worked until I just ran the update. Now it just crashes and I cannot get into it! Now since I am writing this review…. It would be helpful to have an automatic translator feature in the group chat. The marketplace is a mess and difficult to find what you need. I would recommend changing the marketplace by getting rid of the excessively spaced boxes and replacing it with a line item posting that would allow the poster to add whatever number of a product they wish to sell and allow the buyer the opportunity to just buy what they need. The buyer should be able to search for what they need and the items they searched for should come up from their friends and group members first before other players. Also, the timing of the ships is ridiculous. Ships should be on a 24 hour schedule unless a player finishes early then the next ship should arrive immediately and if a ship is completed by a friend or group member then the player should get the prizes even if the player is not able to send the ship. Other than that this is a fun game.

Major issue

The issue is that u don’t get NEARLY enough steel. You need axes to get rid of withered trees but they don’t give u enough steel to make axes. My farm is covered with withered trees cause I can’t chop them down. 😔 Fun game but that is killing the experience. You should get a steel after u harvest a tree. You definitely need it.

Don’t download on Apple products

Game would not load the Christmas event on my iPad. Very disappointing.

IS THE GAME GLITCHING?

What is going on with the Halloween event? It’s not supposed to be over yet. Why is there no way to contact the developer? I tapped on app support, which took me to a website with no email address given, only links to Facebook that take me to my news feed, no game like page. (There are 2 like pages that have been inactive since 2019 and 2020)…. There’s supposed to be I think 6 days left on the Halloween events. I have already finished the first one, but the Haunted House is still there for that one... I was working on the second event where you grow pumpkins, and it was there and active when I was in the game from 6am eastern time until I think 11am eastern time October 25, 2023, but going back into the game at 8pm eastern time it’s gone. :( :( :( (however my pumpkins and juice and cookies are still in my inventory)
