They never seem to deliver the complete set of items ordered. There’s always some high value item that goes out of stock and instead of refunding to the account, they conveniently refund the wallet and retain the money with them. We are always compelled to order beyond a particular amount for free delivery. And their customer service links just doesn’t work on the iPhone app. They always deliver after the assigned slot which means you have to postpone your other plans and wait for them, and once again, after the delivery, you have to keep contacting them for missing items!!! Your money is always stuck with them and this is a never ending vicious cycle!!
App and customer service
Products are good but customer redressal and app need lot of improvement. Item in stock ordered run out of stock after placing and we need to chase for redressal. They usually credit your wallet and don’t make delivery arrangements after restocking. They charge for delivery if value is less than 299/ not factoring it was a mistake from their side in first place. The OTP get crowded into first box if we choose to paste from message. Have to punch numbers individually.

Never on time delivery and pathetic app especially for iPhone users
The application in the worst for iPhone users, it keeps logging out every time. You cannot call or chat with the direct link available on the application either to raise a complaint.
Also they promise 90 minutes delivery with an additional charge but it doesn't get delivered on time at all. Even if you choose the specific delivery slot and date they hardly deliver it then, I've often received the order one day post the delivery date. They really should manage these better.
Mediocre products and pathetic service
They give reasonably okay products at a higher price and pathetic service. The delivery guys just throws the vegetables without proper packing and do not intimate customers over phone call or text.
The management doesn’t care about service or customer complaints.
If you have an alternative, don’t go for these buggers.
Stopped service to my area without any warning
Stopped service to my area without any warning and funds in wallet is lost for ever. They claim Sunday deliveries are still available but that’s not the fact as per the app.
Customers which supported the venture at the beginning should not be ignore once critical mass is achieved, at least warn them about imminent closure allowing them to use the wallet balance or refund balance automatically when you stop service.

Worst food ordering app
1. Hangs and crashes
2. Location (city) automatically gets changed and then we need to logout and login .
We will never know until we go to checkout .

4. Only good thing is that customer support is integrated real time but the service is pathetic . They call you and act smart trying to avoid any issue from their end and blame to climate conditions .
Very Slow and Terrible
The user experience is horrible. The app doesn’t show the address even when logged in. The address shows up when we log out and log in again. Even for a small task loke quantity updation, it takes atleast 20-30 seconds. Whoever has developed this doesn’t have slightest of an idea about how apps like this should work.
