Used to be good but not anymore
I used to love ordering my fruits from Farmizen because of the quality of products. The quality has dropped drastically. I received rotten mangoes, jackfruit, pomegranate from my order. When I reached out to the support team - Prajval asked me to cut the fruits and check even after sending him photos of the condition of the products. I was not ok paying Rs. 1200 for rotten fruits and they said someone will come to collect the products and post that the refund will be issued. No one came to collect the order even after multiple follow ups. I had to keep reaching out to let them know that they need to collect the order. And no one came to collect and struggled to even get a reasonable response from the support team. This is the worst experience and you’ve lost a customer.
