I enjoy this game except the support is disgusting and no help at all especially with technical issue, they just send pathetic messages and fix nothing. They do not compensate for issues you miss out on and always protect cheats

I have had better
It’s pretty fun game but o keep getting kicked out and I do t know why sand dollars are so hard to get. But it’s a good game :)
Works for awhile then stops working
As much as I’ve loved playing this game it has constant bugs and also a lot lately even though I have enough memory it only loads to 36% won’t load anymore because of this I haven’t been able to play

Downloaded this game because i was bored and was trying to find decent games to play.. i had high hopes after seeing the pics of the game.. and honestly, didnnot disappoint!! I'm actually addicted to this game, and i spend hours playing it! 10000% keeping this game😁
Too many challenges at once causing issues
I enjoy this game, and have been playing off and on for 8-10 years, however the developers have too much going on at once. It’s almost impossible to keep up with everything that’s going on let alone harvest and make the items required to get points. No way can you do everything without spending money on the in app purchases. The lucky wheel freezes up constantly, I get maybe two goes before having so shut down and reopen the app. I watch videos, then don’t get to spin the wheel for the prize. It is so frustrating. Perhaps the challenges would work better if they ran consecutively instead of concurrently. Please consider fixing this or you will loose a dedicated player. Very disappointed these issues have not been fixed considering how long the issues have been going on.
I enjoy, but..
I really like this game. It’s a relaxing distraction with fun tasks that regularly change, which keeps it interesting. However, it REALLY annoys me that I can’t listen to other audio whilst playing this game (i.e., music, podcasts, or audiobooks) as each time I open the app it stops/shuts down whatever audio I was listening to. PLEASE change this so I can listen to my other audio whilst in the app. I’ve been playing this for a few years now, and have sporadically spent $ for various packs, which I think is fair and reasonable to reward the developers/company. Though, the game can still be played without the need to purchase packs in app. Thanks for the hours of amusement!
Game jammed
I love this game but it has jammed and I cannot play I have shut down my iPad but it is still jammed I might have to delete the game
Good,but…
This game has good artwork, but this has never changed to keep up being interesting. It has lots of things to do, often too much at once. It can be glitchy and doesn’t really have many upgrades, same games some not really very exciting. The cruises are good but again no new styles have been added. You play along with those who use a lot of boosts for very little gain. I still play but mainly to be part of the team I’m with.
Love playing this game but…
As a long time player I am saddened that you do not reimburse gems when it is your fault. The enchanted tree mini game did not work due to a glitch and I only got 24 hours to play it. The concern was that I bought the wizard which I paid 140 gems for and could only use it for 1/4 of the time. No credit or reimbursement back t9 my game, just bad luck. I love this game but poor form Zynga.
