The items were as expected. I ordered a bunch of kids clothes and two sets of kids dishes. All are so cute and seem to be quality for what I paided per item. They are baby clothes so probably won’t take much abuse so I’m sure they’ll be great. The shipping took 42 days but you have to expect that when shipping from china. Customer service was very communicative and sent actual pictures when packing. Thought that was very good of them and made me trust them. I did have one item that was out of stock in one size so they immediately refunded me the amount on my credit card when they packaged up for shipping. That was very responsive. Will definitely order again.
Sure, it might take longer to receive your product, but keep in mind that their prices are unbeatable. They have the best customer service I've ever dealt with. They do everything they possibly can to make your buying experience the best they possibly can. So I 200% say YES I recommend FashionTIY for your shopping needs. Don't listen to me, Dont listen to other reviews, take the chance for yourself. You'll see it's worth it. The wait time is worth it, the pricing alone is by far worth it. The product is great, I've purchased from cheap to higher price, and the product is great. It's not you get what you pay for, it's better.... Thank you FashionTIY for all you do to help everyone.

I have just deleted the app. The only things they are good for are some cotton T-shirts. Very poor quality control. It’s like gambling, maybe you will win and get something decent, maybe you’ll be a Loser. I am not going to order from them anymore. I’d rather save my money and buy 1 quality item from a local mall then 10 items from them that will go to a donation box.
I would like to say that y’all are amazing in responding proactively in questions and correcting anything that needs to be corrected on the fly. I am so excited to provide the business y’all offer and look forward in many more deals with y’all.
I honestly wish I could upload screenshots to show you all how customer service is handling this current issue I’m dealing with. So, I ordered my items in January and receive d a month or so later. I realized they sent me the right style of sandals but the wrong color. I order gold they sent silver. I reached out to customer service March 6,2023 and showed them pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. She stated, “ The gold sandals were turned into silver due to the negligence of the order operation center staff.” She offered a coupon for my next order but I told her I didn’t plan on using their platform again, and that I would much rather return the items and be refunded. She told me I would get a partial refund and here it is April 4,2023 and I have yet to receive anything. I’ve been communicating back and forth with this lady and now she tells me that “ I’m pretty sure the refund has been deposited.” I checked my bank transactions for all of March and nothing. “Pretty sure” is not a definite and they can’t even give me a date that it was allegedly refunded smh. NEVER AGAIN will I use them.
