Nice little leg workout!

Fantastic workout

Being stuck at my desk majority of the day for work really takes a toll on my body. These quick workouts are a great way to move your body around every hour or so. Definitely worth the 2 dollar monthly fee. Great way to start up a workout routine as well. 2 Thumbs up

I like it

Nice and simple. It really only takes 5 minutes or less. The thing that sways me away from exercise is how much time it may take and this encourages me to exercise because of how little time it takes.

Not worth the time

Only gives you two days free. After that you pay. But not sure why you want to pay when all of these are available free on other sites.
