Love that it tells your fasting and eating windows. I had another app that didn’t track the eating window and I tended to get sloppy with keeping my window open longer. This app helps me stay more accountable!

Just what I needed, something straight to the point. Although you can edit your fasting times, I haven’t found a way to edit my weight that I inadvertently didn’t save the first time.

This app is great! It’s so easy, so simple, great for people who don’t have a lot of time. Love, this. There is a problem though I wrote this review and every nickname it try to make me submit before being allowed to send the review in was taken..

I have tried a few fasting apps and they’re also complicated. This app is super simple you start your fast it tells you when it ends and you enter your way if you want to simple easy love it!

Loved this simple but effective app until most every feature required premium pricing.

Gotta charge a monthly fee for absolutely everything these days. I enjoyed the app until the recent update made it so I couldn’t retrieve my fasting history without paying 8 dollars a month. 8 dollars a month for a timer. Think about that. The greed in this industry is astounding.
