Pathetic customer support and application is so annoying. Syncing issues Calling feature do not work at all

What’s the point of keeping a smartwatch when the steps and other data gets restarted every few hours and starts counting from 0? Extremely disappointed

When i try to sync my watch with app it was crashing. I have tried many times but same result

My experience with fastrack is very poor last time I bought one smart watch, but it’s touch was not responding and application always shows a white blank screen. Now I purchased an another model , this time watch is working but the application is showing the same screen. Sorry to say that your software is pathetic.

I bought fastrack optimus 2 pro but it only shows call notification. I also want notifications of SMS, Whatsapp, facebook . This app is not working properly.

some times the lift to view is not functioning i couldn’t enable that option rest everything is fine

Very very slow in sync data. To even response to navigation. Very bad user experience And also there was old data i had to delete the app and reinstall to be able to configure. The old fast track should identify the new watch . But that strange it dis not happen

Until and until unless we have always display on feature for smart watches…it’s a waste of money
