Can’t update phone

Not able to update new phone number!

It’s quite boring

Customer service is really wasting people time

I wait for 7 days to get my refund, now I need to wait another week to get answer from them again, this is really waiting my time. If can give 0 star, I will just give 0 star.

Can’t LOGIN

This app logout by itself, then unable to login again on IOS, even after verifying with the password they sent to my number, they still asking me Name, email, etc (seems asking to register again) then mentioning my email used already (of course cos Im currently fave member). Meaning all the credit inside I can’t use anymore. Beware guys!

Unable to login using Grab mobile number

App not able to login using Grab mobile number in iOS. Tried with email login and it says either in use or something went wrong

I am unable to go to login page. It’s keeps asking for account details like, email IS, password and when I enter it says email ID taken. Can someone help ?

App does not allow credit card to be linked then what is the point of having a payment system set up if no user can use it?
