Faves - cloud video storage

I can send videos there,but when I want to download it, it’s stuck on loading, I let it do its thing for 30 mins, then check my camera roll and nothing is there. :(

I need help please All of the sudden two of my folders in the app have disappeared and I did not delete them. What should I do???

App charges 39.99 despite never even starting the free trial, let alone buying the service. Not to mention it fails to save half of the chosen videos and deteriorates the quality even with a surplus of storage.

Omg I know this app is to save my videos but I us it to post videos on my TikTok account it made me get many likes for sure 5 stars

This app used to be perfect until it got updated to the point where it opens the whole app just to save a video. I miss when it would show a small pop up on the bottom and close after it saved it was faster and better. The app is still great but it’s not what it used to be.

I didn’t even get a subscription for this app and it just charged me almost 50 dollars. That’s insane. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP

I downloaded this right before the TikTok ban and due to the influx of people who were also trying to download it, the app was overloaded and not working.. after waiting a couple days and it’s still not working, I deleted it from my phone.. I totally forgot about the trial period because it wasn’t even working, so I couldn’t even use it during the “trial period”. When I got the email about the $39.99 charge, I IMMEDIATELY logged into apple to dispute the charge and get my refund. I hadn’t even had a chance to use the app because nothing would load. Fast forward to today, I called Apple and spoke to a regular agent and had her escalate me to a supervisor.. they are telling me that there is a third-party app limitation that is preventing them from issuing any refunds.. the developer is telling everybody on their discord server that it is Apple’s problem. So if you have recently lost your money to this app, go to your bank or call your credit card, or email PayPal and dispute the charge. Because neither Apple nor Faves is going to give you your money back. Scam.

It used to let you save for free but then after a while it makes you have to pay in order to save. I loved this app but having to pay…

It worked amazingly but it had a yearly payment even without subscription. So please don’t say it’s a free app when it’s not.

The app is good but i have never pressed anything to purchase at $39.99 subscription and when i ask for the refund I cannot get it back and it makes no sense. I wanted a free trial to see if i even want a subscription and now $42 is out of my pocket from an app that i don’t even use. i hope you guys can see and help me with my situation and i can get my refund
