FAX from iPhone: Fax App

Used once and fax was too blurry to read. Deleted immediately and wasted $10.00

I was really hoping this would work. It should tell you ahead of time it only allows 7 scans at a time to send. Rather than uploading a ton of scans only to have to delete one at a time to figure how much can send. I had over 150 pages to scan. Scanning was made easy, but it does charge you $9.99 a week , which is also fine if this actually worked. The place I sent the faxes too could not read a single one and said they were all blurry.

I downloaded the app, scanned all my paperwork but the app kept erring out. Fax never sent but the company still charged my credit card. DO NOT USE!

I paid for a subscription so I could fax an important document. It would scan the document and let me attach photos it wouldn’t save so I could actually send a fax. Requesting refund.

This has been the worst app I’ve used in. Long time. I’ve emailed and tried all the tutorials. I have 14 faxes that have been tried and tried again. Always said sorry your fax has failed. $9.99 a week with no tech support and I’ve emailed 3 times and I’ll I’ve revived is crickets. Save the money.

They say that subscribing is optional but there’s no way to unselect subscription option when you go to send your fax. Just be transparent and stop wasting people’s time downloading an app that you can’t use without spending $

Despite several attempts to fax my documents, I was unsuccessful each time. As a result, I had to pay double to use another faxing app, which was able to deliver the service as promised and successfully sent my documents in a timely manner. When I requested a refund, I was unable to send an email through the app and only received a generic automated response when I emailed from my computer I was emailed back with a an automated reply with a list of FAQs. To my knowledge, there is no actual real support available.

Just another fax app. But customer service is a JOKE. Get something else if you really need a fax app

I have only used this service one time, now they are charging my account monthly. I can not find an 800 number or get into the app on cancel this! I feel scammish behavior by this company. Why is there no number or ability to cancel???
