FAXER: Send FAX from iPhone

I tried sending something through the app and I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes now and it just says it’s sending but won’t load anything else. By the time they resolve the issue it was too late. I already paid for another app called fax that worked pretty quick and efficiently. It just cost more which was $10. I don’t know why they are still trying to charge me to use the app when it never worked for me and it never got the job that I needed to get done, I want a refund because I already payed more for another app.

Cant beat fourty nine cents…. It would have been way more cash for gas to go to a Staples!

I had terrible experience with this app. After sending just one fax that wasn't received, I promptly deleted it. However, I recently discovered that they charged me nearly $110 without authorization.

It is quick and user friendly.

Easy, clear instructions, easy photo coping shots of documents to send. I would highly recommend FAXER!

I thought I was purchasing a one time fax for $.49 and ended up getting charged $11.99 PER WEEK! Luckily Amex caught the ongoing charge and informed me. They charged me $154 since April!!

Like most of us I do not have a landline. So, when I need to fax something, it becomes quite an ordeal. This app however, makes it easy. It really does. I highly highly highly recommended it!

I only used this app 3 times so I should only have 3 charges of $11.99 for the per week charge since I deleted the app every single time after I used it. But instead there’s 13 charges of $11.99!! I’m being charged for weeks I didn’t even have the app installed on my phone. I tried to cancel but it says it already been canceled yet it renewed again on July 1st without the app being installed. Why is this happening? Please refund me

For only 45cents it sent it to the place I need it to so not bad cheaper then a stamp

Is there any confirmation sent once a fax was sent? I had hoped this was a magical solution to my problem.
