**Unacceptable customer service

I purchased a credit of 5.99$ and sent a single page of fax. There was 1 failed attempt then it went successfully. Then I found my credit was left at 1.99$. After 5 e-mail reply, the help center still cannot and did not have any willing to find out what was wrong with the credit amount and try to blame it on me. For everyone thinking of using this app, they charge you for failed sending without asking for your permission to re-try. Thank you very much
