The account is always logging out. You need to log in and retype the username and password every time.

The app keeps on crashing

The app is currently not working even if u log in with Uaepass

App does not keep you logged in every access you have to log in again. Very annoying and badly written.

Omg, change this. Make the timeout less

The login system is annoying. The app logs you off every time and biometrics doesn’t work. This been issue since day one. And haven’t been resolved as far as I can remember. How difficult it is to have seamless experience on app these days.

I think its the worst app in UAE, searching, filter, are not working properly

Crash always if iPhone just goes on sleep. Preventing to use the app when needed : if open the app in the queue too early then need to restart the phone to get the fazaa open to display the card.

There has to be an update that we can add Fazaa card to a phone’s wallet instead of opening the application and signing in everytime.
