I also like having current proof of insurance cards on my phone! Would also like to be able to pay my bill on the app. Could you make it happen with the next update? Thanks

I would use this app more if the log in didn’t require that I have to use my member number. Almost always when I go to use the app, I don’t have my member card right in front of me. I don’t have my number memorized, so therefore I end up not using the app. Please change this to let users set their own user name for log in purposes!

Unless you already know who gives fb benefits, this is useless... the app is supposed to help me find those businesses.

I'm trying to work with my agent to see why it is saying my account isn't active. I will update my review once that is figured out.

The speed of this new version of this app is awesome! Love the slick new look too.

Once logged in the member benefits just don't load, the maps don't load and I am paying my $65 membership fee with no way to use it. Crap crap crap. Needs to be fixed.
