FCM Platform

🤡FCM is a joke. Their apps are jokes. Their developers are a joke. It will make you want to go back to using Egencia/Expedia or the hotels app. ANYTHING but these jokers. 2 apps. A white background. And a black background. Both as crap as the other. The white background app launches. Ok this looks promising. I click ‘book’. It launches the mobile browser to continue. Huh? Ok so it’s basically a shortcut. Wow. Just wow - Amateurs… Oh did anyone know that only a few weeks ago the FCM app or website couldn’t cope with finding hotels in any rural town in Canada that didn’t have an airport? 🤣 Ok fine carry on using the webpage. Search for hotels in a town. Brings up a list. Try and scroll down and some weird overlay with a bunch of blank buffering placeholders with sorrentos spinners all over. K I’ll wait. 30s pass. Try and scroll up again. Oh… browser locked up. Lose patience. Force close chrome mobile and launch Expedia. Hotel picked booked and paid, about 1 min or less. Quit your jobs FCM and go do something else. You’re clearly out of your league.

Can’t use the app because the SSO login sends me to a browser for login and then never goes back to the app. I don’t have a PW for the app/FCM other than SSO, so I can’t use the app.

I literally can not use this app. When I try to log in with my company SSO, it kicks me to the web browser and never returns to the app, making the app 100% useless.

The app and the website are very very poorly done. Slow, confusing, just low quality. They put the cabin emissions in there to look modern, but it clutters up the screen.

Cannot register no matter what I try. Different phones, computers, browsers, emails... Can't even access the app because I can't register for it.

Password registration does not work with my work email address. How can one use an application if one cannot achieve access to it?
