I don't like the latest update. The menu at the top is not convenient, and I only use one function - weight. It occupies too much screen space. Moreover, the main weight board lacks color and contrast, making it harder to read the text! I'm upset that I upgraded the app. I've been using it for almost 3 years.

My scale was working great and getting all the measurements. Ever since I updated the app my scale can no longer that. There’s always an error message. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it still not working. I really regret updating the app

This app used to be great but now it takes me 30 minutes to get it to open. I literally just have to sit there and keep clicking it back to back to back to back until it catches and finally opens. Who has time for this?! What is the problem??

App no longer works and does not update since Feb

So every morning I weigh myself on the scale and everytime I try to open the app it never opens and keeps crashing. Im happy with the scale and I love the data tracker but the app is really annoying at times.

I created a second account with the same date of birth and year! Yet the body fat on account shows 33% body fat and on the other account it shows 20% body fat!!! There’s definitely an ERROR!!! Ummm can someone explain!!??

Used this for years with my smart scale. Now it won’t even open. Please fix!!

What happened to the weight tracking graph? It just disappeared overnight!
