I will be taking my service elsewhere. What a disappointment.

Edit: after emailing back and forth with customer service, I was able to sort out the issue and gain access to my original account. The problem was resolved quickly and easily! I have used this app for 3 years now with no complaints, but unfortunately after the last update my health information was deleted and it states I no longer have the prime membership. I hope this can get solved as I appreciate having this app.
