On top of the removal of all the features in the old ap I used… now the old ap fails to log in. Old ap is dead. I don’t mind upgrading to new ap- if it works, and has the features I use.. but it doesn’t So I planned on using the old ap till the new one is actually useable… Now I’m left with no choice but to use NO ap. There’s no point using it at all. Even the class bookings (way too slow) and my ADHDessy brain after directs I’ve booked- and I just can NOT afford a $10 fine for having adhd each time. I can’t afford the gym fees as is. So I won’t book any thing at all. Oh.. and if you want to find your old work out program - you MIGHT be lucky to find it if you download the new Technogym ap, and sign up/in AND login your gym… maybe! (And that ap is slow and buggy too)

The new update to the app has made the UI significantly worse - it takes too many clicks to do anything and you can’t see all the class options in one place. Also, please bring back the ability to set reminders to book classes - this was a great feature, no idea why you got rid of it.

Where’s the timetable??? The time involved to navigate this app leaves me feeling unmotivated to use it or book anything. I also require access to exercises to build a workout to accommodate my post surgery. Not helpful.

The app itself of great. But it was a lot better when it had the work outs linked too it.

I don’t wish to leave a bad review as the new app looks great, but it’s just really lacking in functionality for someone who books a variety of exercises each week. Please bring back the UI where all exercises class types were in a single display - having to jump back and forth into the various screens (ie. Reformer, then fit30, then group fitness) is frustrating and makes it quite difficult to plan out your fitness goals for the week. Also, please bring back the ability to set reminders for future bookings. Having to manually add to your calendar is not great either, I can see myself missing classes due to this. On the positive, seeing a full 8 days (ie, Monday to next Monday) is a helpful improvement. And again, the app does look great.

Too many clicks to get anything done, notifications for bookings that I can’t dismiss. It’s super flaky and not user friendly. Please just bring back the old app version.

Wow… this new update is awful. Can’t track progress, exercises etc. No class reminders. Constant glitches. It’s basically useless. PleeeeeaSe go back to the old ap!

The old app worked fine. New version is clunky & logs out all the time. Pls fix!

So slow, can’t follow classes to get a reminder, can’t cancel a class the day before booking. This is the worst upgrade I’ve ever seen.
