I have never seen a useless organisation before this Ffrees . They are not useful in any way

I love this banking app. I’ve had my account for 8 years or more now and it’s so easy to save money for bills and put money away for a rainy day. I only have one problem, it’s quite a big one though. If I have a problem, and need to get a hold of customer service then it’s very difficult. There is no phone number to call to speak with an advisor. I have to email and that takes 24 - 48 hours. It’s usually longer than that. Also, if the answer they give you isn’t what you’re looking for then you need to email again and wait another 2 days for a reply. I’ve lost my phone a few times which has locked me out and as I need them to answer me, I am usually locked out for 5 or more days. This needs changing, immediately. This is the only gripe I have, if they sort this and put actual people onto customer service to deal with issues then this would be 10/10. For now it’s 5/10 as this is a big issue.

What nightmare trying to retrieve info. Just doesn’t work….

Why hasn’t this rubbish been fixed?

Rubbish no customer support no human to speak to no reply to emails and god help you if you get locked out

A truly appalling app. Anyone thinking of a Ffrees account do not do it. Absolutely no customer support. I can’t access and amend any standing orders in my account. The bank have stopped paying my standing orders and there’s nothing I can do. The email customer support do not reply to any emails - I’ve sent over 50 of them.

no option to reorder lost cards ???????

Constantly won’t open click opens for half second can’t even get main page up to log in .know it’s early days but now there’s no main internet page needs fixing asp

I can’t even log into the app- it’s blocked me! It didn’t send me a verification email to my registered email. My cards not being accepted in shops despite money being in my account and I can’t get hold of a customer service person ON THE NUMBER FFREES HAS GIVEN ME to get help with this. Absolutely ridiculous!

Can’t login into my account with this app. Says password is case sensitive even after changing password and being given one by this company. Shut out of my account for 9day now. Shouldn’t even get any star for his app.
