Overall this app is really good! Great services like managing accounts, stocks and sending cash. But please for the love of god let us disable the advertisement notifications like discounts and promos!

I have been a loyal customer of Fi Bank for over three years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. For the past two months, my account has been frozen, and despite providing all the required documents multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. The customer service has been abysmal, with inadequate responses and a lack of urgency in addressing the problem. This is the first time I have encountered such severe issues with Fi Bank. The situation has escalated to the point where I cannot access my funds, including money in smart deposits. Even after closing my mutual fund, the amount has not been credited back to my account. The service from Fi Care is extremely poor; they take an unreasonably long time to resolve any issues. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the lack of support and professionalism. This experience has severely impacted my trust in Fi Bank, and I would caution others to be wary of such potential problems.

They are not updating your balance until unless you call and say why it is not reflecting even customer care waiting time is high.

After performing all the steps of opening the account, the app shows a message that an account couldn’t be opened as they couldn’t verify my details. Even though I have an account with Jupiter still not able to open Fi account. Disappointing.

Fraudulent bank has frozen my account and asking for reKYC. The reKYC from the app is also broken. Now I cant use the money that is there in my account

When some App features are not ready, why do you release it into production and send multiple notifications of those features. I have been trying to set up FI salary Lite but it doesn't allow me to submit.

They’ll take arbitrary actions, freeze your account and will not reveal their process of arriving at such conclusions. Pathetic customer service. They clearly don’t value their customer.

Fi is a scam app which blocks the bank account for no reason and even on providing all the documents for proof of income and identity , they will never unblock your account. It is a mental torture and zero support to customer My bank account was in Credit Freeze mode on 14 may . It took one month for investigation team after giving all documents to declare that documents were not valid enough to unblock my account . I request for FD based Credit Card closure on 12 June 2024 . But they have not closed my credit card yet . Today is 1 July 2024 .Now they will receive a big bamboo from RBI .
