I was asked to refresh and the app, the Login screen is blank! This is pointless.

I installed this app a year ago. Initially, it worked, albeit not very well, it was just about functional enough to view my pot. However, for the past six months, I can’t even log in as the app shows nothing but a blank white screen. This is absolutely disgraceful for a company managing billions in funds and earning significant profits. It’s unacceptable to have such a poorly designed app for something as basic as account access. Fidelity seriously needs to step up and provide a reliable app for its users.

Not sure what had happened but this app now doesn’t even load. Doesn’t even recognise my login even though still have an account. Can still log in on other phone so an issue with the app. Very disappointing.

I have been unable to log into the app or online portal for weeks. Extremely poor service! I will be feeding back to Business Development to consider whether we should continue to do business with Fidelity.

Good app that’s easy to navigate.

Previously registered and used, was quite handy to check balance. Nowadays I just get a white screen when trying to logon so can’t use it as re-registration just tells me I’m already registered. Clearly needs a bit of fixing.

Asking for updates after updating

When I click on my app it states that an update is required. I press ‘update’, it takes me to the ‘open’ display on the App Store, I click it and it states it requires an update. I removed the app and all its data and re-downloaded it and am again met with the cycle of not being able to open because of an update so update it and met with unable to open due to requiring update. The funny thing is I’m trying to access to switch 2 previous pension pots over. Having second thoughts now..

Since the past couple of days I cannot open the app when I try to login.
