Doesn’t function at all, can’t log in with my usual credentials.

Fidelity Token is an innovative mobile app for second factor authentication that enables Fidelity Online Banking users secure all transactions using their iOS devices. This eliminates the need to carry a hardware token.
VERIFY TRANSACTIONS
Guard yourself when transacting online by confirming your transactions such as: fund transfer, bills payment, airtime recharge etc. right on your mobile application. Confirm the details and enter your secure, One Time Passcode (OTP) to complete the transaction.
ACTIVATING YOUR SOFT TOKEN
To activate the Fidelity Token, simply login to the Fidelity Token app with your Fidelity Online Banking credentials. Once logged in, the app will authenticate your mobile phone and also request that you provide answer to any of your secret questions.
EASE OF USE, SPEED OF TRANSACTION
Fidelity Token has been uniquely designed as an easy solution for your transactions. All you need is to input your PIN and the one time password is available instantly to complete your transactions. If you are using the Fidelity Online Banking app, you can easily copy the eight digit token response and paste as required.
INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
When activating your token for the first time, you will be charged N1,500 + 5% VAT. However this is a one-time charge for your token in line with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s directive. Subsequent reinstallation or reactivation will be free of charge.

Can’t activate
It keeps on showing error when I try to log in meanwhile all the details I put in are correct
Very poor
Very piss poor app. App does not send opt code to registered number and I can’t login to the token app. Went to the bank to fix this issue and yet still no solution!
Poor System
If there’s a way not to give you a star at all I’ll do that, because this app is just a name, it doesn’t function at all. You can’t link your bank if it’s your first time and as well can’t use your token to authenticate a transaction if you already have it. So why have a token app??

See reviews from 6years ago.. y’all haven’t still improved. Please you guys need to do better. I can’t even login or sign up for the token app. Just turn the bank into a decorative company or something, y’all should go into event planning. I can see you guys are good at it.

Fidelity token app is not working so I deleted and installed the app again,now I can’t login back because you people refuse to send otp. Even when you send otp I can’t pass step two because it keeps showing error. You people better fix this oo.
Terrible… worst bank ever…run away.
I can’t get access to my own account. Worst of all I visited a branch (the branch I opened the account at) and even they could not give me access to it. Till this moment it is bad. It will frustrate you …this bank will let you down in your time of need. I still have funds that has not been given back to me. You will be bitter after banking with them ……run away
