Would be more than happy if can use it with landscape view on iPad pro. If can have a reading for discharge line, which are essential for refrigeration guys. Would be very happy to have ambient air measured by probes instead of key in manually.

Very disappointed.

Cons: - have to create an account - graphs are barely usable - bootup time is slow in poor network connections and 30-45 seconds without a network - have to tap through two useless screens to get to the screen you use 99% of the time - you can be standing literally right next to the probes and the connection will be intermittent and spotty - generally slow and unresponsive app. Pros: - you can be like 200 feet from the probes and actually still have the (same) intermittent, spotty connection. This app makes me want to learn coding just to make a better one.

App was great up until recently and now I have issues logging in which is new since I now have to log in everyday. Sometimes a few times a day. The app is demonstrably worse than any previous version. Please revert to a properly functioning build.

Shouldn’t have to have internet access to use these expensive tools. Wont let me log in without internet access, can’t use probes without logging in. Do not buy any of these wireless devices if you do work anywhere without cell service.

App is so terrible. You have to constantly close it out then open it again to get it to work. Then it will log you out and you have to log back in. I am never buying another wireless field piece tool again. The testo app works 10x better and I’m going with only testo from now on.

This app used to work well but now whenever I try to change my metering device from a txv to a piston the app just instantly crashes. Please fix this I do not need to buy any more tools because these don’t work anymore.

Expensive tools but cheap software that barely loads. Had to break out manual gauges way to many times because the app wouldn’t load

The app is straightforward and and easy to use, but has several major bugs that make it difficult to use. First, almost every time the phone display times out is is “woke” back up, all the readings start coming in and out making the display impossible to read. The only way to correct is to close app and restart. Second, if you loose connection with a probe, the display freezes at the last value instead of showing a no connect. If you don’t realize this has happened, you can easily overcharge a unit (happens with the scale, pressure probes, and temp probes). I’ve been thinking an update would come out to correct these seemingly simple to correct issues, but has not. The issues are consistent with multiple phones (all iPhones) with multiple phone software versions.

Nothing like logging into an app just to use the overpriced low quality not water proof temperature sensors and pressure gages. Screw these companies that want you to log in so they can sell your data.
