Simple to use and easy to add things quickly so this is a big plus. And they are open to suggestions to further enhance it. No issues thus far
Hello. The app is assigning a different client to notify when setting up a job. I've tried to delete the job and set it up. The same issue. Why am I getting a different client assigned when I set a completely different client than the original client for the job?
UPDATE TO INITIAL REVIEW: The company was very responsive to my concern and quickly addressed my complaint within a two days. They stayed on top of figuring out what went wrong and so far so good, it seems fixed. I DO really like the app and have high hopes that the glitch has been corrected. At this time I have bumped the review up to 4 stars. If all goes well, as I hope, in 30-60 days I would gladly return and bump the review to 5 stars. It sends the request for review text message out again and again, DOZENS of times in minutes. Driving my customers nuts. I can’t get back to the part of the app that let me click the box to set it in action. I’ll probably lose my great star rating in Google now because my customers think I’m some kind of nut demanding a review 25 times. This app is sucking and I paid almost $200 for it. I NEED I.T. to contact me and to fix it. Or I need all my money back. It’s doing the exact opposite for my customers and me that I expected. It will ruin my business if so keep using it. I am so darn disappointed.
It's nothing more than a Google calendar. After using this software for a couple of months and having unreliable updates, get ready to lose all your schedules first thing in the morning. This software is only good if you are running a few calls a month and clients are not important to you. However, if you are looking for software for your business, look somewhere else. This is not reliable software.
Approximately three weeks ago, the administrators made some significant improvements to their software. We have observed a noticeable enhancement in the speed at which jobs can be scheduled through the app. As a company, we typically schedule over 30 jobs per day, and this update has greatly aided us in saving time while managing our daily workload on the app. Furthermore, we have been informed that the administrators are working on updating the app to a new iOS version. This new update is expected to further optimize the app's performance, resulting in even faster operations and additional time-saving benefits. In addition, we have requested the incorporation of a search function within the app. Specifically, we believe it is crucial to have the ability to search the history of previous work orders by address. Currently, the app lacks the capability to easily locate past service records or provide a detailed count of visits made to a specific property. We genuinely appreciate the efforts made by the administrators thus far and commend them for their continuous dedication to enhancing the user experience. We truly believe that these suggested improvements will greatly benefit both our team and other users of the app. Wilber Ventura
this is Trash not able to keep up with a high demand of work orders. Freezes. not able to search for jobs. Cannot assign from a computer. Takes forever to load assigned jobs
This app has been perfect for our residential and commercial cleaning business. It has plenty of features on the free plan, but $20 a month is a steal for what features they give you. I’m signing up for the $20 because it allows you to get pictures of the job, clock in and out, you can even have customer sign when you have completed a job. It’s 5 stars all the way!
I use this app for my lawn care business. It’s a great free App and I enjoy the scheduling feature(it synchronizes to your calendar and iPhone contacts). The only issue is that the app has bugs but they can be solved with a new update
It’s super nice to have an app that does just work tracking. It’s easy to see my team location and view history payments
