FigJam: Whiteboard & draw

I use ipad pro m1, the app is very laggy

I was a little out of my comfort zone, the only real reason I got this app is because I’m pretty sure Jamboard is being shut down, but it didn’t force me through a tutorial, and it was a fun minute or so to figure out(and be a little surprised by) the tools.

Wish it was cross platform and available on phones

the last update is sooooo buggy man selecting and moving objects doesn’t work properly anymore also I don’t have auto correct when I’m typing in the app Please just odd dark mode to this app I'm getting blind in the nights so I had to add a giant black box behind the board! And even with that said the white UI is really torture my eyes so please add dark mode. It’s not so hard !!!!!!!

Guys this is a masterpiece app, Wonderful job 5000 stars!@#$

The app isn’t stable. Crashes frequently. Multi-select is sorely needed on iPad. If it’s there it’s not obvious. iPad mouse support to select text and text boxes would be super welcome too. However despite those criticisms the app is useful. Would love to see Figma produce an iPad app for Figma App too. Now that Adobe sale fell through sorry bout that for the $$$ but adobe would have ruined the product imo. Please bring data tables and real HTML dom components to Figma. In most cases we are designing for web apps so please make that part of the app experience. Last few comments really about Figma but I’ve been submitting that feedback for years so thought I’d try here too.

I love using this app as a way to sketch ideas with my Apple Pencil before moving into Figma. However, something has changed recently and now when I use the marker, it “corrects” the lines I draw and smooths them out. It didn’t use to do this a few months ago, at least not as drastically. This can be really annoying, especially if I’m drawing or writing something precisely and it completely changes the look of it. (Example, I draw a straight line, the app “corrects” it and it becomes curved.) I wish there was a setting for this so I could turn this on or off, depending on my needs.

I love this app so much! It lets me make really big concept maps without glitch and long loading time. Really amazing I think every college student should check it out! One thing I wish you guys had is the lasso tool, you guys have a section selector, but all my concept maps are intricately jam packed so this geometric selection tool makes it hard/impossible to move around certain sections of my work without moving my other content.

The app is great but captures/doesn’t handle Cmd-Tab correctly to switch apps on iPad, and doesn’t have great Apple Pencil integration where you can move the canvas with you fingers but draw/annotate/manage objects/etc. with your pencil.

Constantly losing work cause the app thinks it’s offline (it’s not), never saves the data, and never reconnects until it’s force closed (which then kills all data because it didn’t save it).
