App needs to be updated
Freezes regularly whenever you open it. Need to wait quite some time before it works. Someone please update it.
Glitchy and pointless
I downloaded the app to upgrade my seat for an upcoming flight. The app glitches when I try to check out, and advises that I call the airline to complete the purchase.
App doesn’t work

No Sign In Account Nothing Like That Useless
Buggy as Hell No Point
So buggy it’s useless
- No credit cards worked to pay for seat selection across three banks and four types of cards. - Left me partially checked in so I couldn’t even use the machines at the airport. Vinaka, I think not.
Can’t even save email or update email
Trying to purchase a seat upgrade and I can’t even save or update my contact details to check out. At least let me check out and save my seat and I can come back and save my contact details later.
Slow with no updates
Idk why this app even is up. It is terrible and doesn't even work.
Super laggy
Nothing loads just always says sorry this is taking longer than usual… pretty useless
Useless
The app is useless. You cannot check in (feature was not working as of August 2024), view tickets/boarding passes, or set up baggage drop. The airport has a completely empty line to drop bags - totally unused. Instead, there is a very long line with only two windows open for physical check in. The web based online features to check in and view boarding passes also did not work. The app for my $16 Amazon earbuds is way better. Lol
