Since the last update I can’t download save videos only pdf files and I paid for the full version. 😡

Can’t import photos for some reason.

I really love this app. So easy to use and so much things to do. Thank you guys.

So much as and always failing to connect for Wi-Fi transfer. Need to try 3-4 times to connect

We can’t click and use all feature since you guys done update all. File Master new Verisin doesn’t have any feature working properly. Like search button or browser or go to back folder these button doesn’t work on. iPhone 14 max pro. It is too much irritating all. If you are not able To update the please down grade because last version was so great.

I like the app

Suddenly after years of use thought I’d update as there seemed to be an issue importing images into the app but now thinking I may have to restore my iPad so that I can get old version back as I no longer seem to be able to retain original file names. Very frustrating and annoying. Also years ago the browser download option used to actually work which hasn’t now for a good number of updates.

I came by this app by chance and so pleased I did because I now have a way to store my files and pdf’s on my ipad and use when I need them and print them, it’s just a pity I have had to manually enter everything on my other iPad as I cannot seem to be able to sync from one iPad to another and it would make it easier if we used a login system then no need for syncing but I would recommend this app to everyone and give a 5***** as it deserves to be at top spot…..just give it a go.

Transferred from iPhone to new iPhone the app moved over with backup but I lost all my photos and videos and can’t seem to get them back ?? Help !
