Quality is really low compared to what the ads show you. Followed instructions exactly. Held the film 2-5CM away. was just so blurry

I’m trying to use it on my phone with the iPad as a backlight. My problem is the negatives have been rolled up for 66 years and I’m having difficulty keeping my hand steady. No fault of the app. Operator error. Love the voice activation, inspired.

Loving this app! I have thousands of old negatives to scan in and this making it mostly painless! The only thing I wish you could do was toggle the auto crop on or off. I’m trying to scan old medium format negatives and the auto crop often has issues with them - being able to just switch it off for certain photos would make this app perfect!

I have been the keeper of the family photos for so many years and to be able to see the photos from 70+ years ago in colour, no less, is absolutely amazing.. up to now I have strained my eyes trying to see the detail on the ( sometimes very small) negatives.. thank you so much to FilmBox!! I Love it!

I’ve followed all the steps for the backlight as recommended & the quality of the pics are no way near as good as the ads say! Also, I‘ve subscribed & the app has locked me out of my own subscription by not allowing me to scan more than 11 negatives even though I have been charged!! I’ve rebooted my phone & still the same issue - will not let me scan more than 11 negatives & I’ve also tried to delete the free 3 day subscription as well ... & still nothing! **UPDATE** Have been advised to email the support team via email. Been there done that nearly 3 weeks ago ... no response to date. As mentioned prior, don’t bother subscribing - it’s not worth it. Ohhh ... & I’ve been charged for an app that doesn’t even work. Figure that one out!!

I have used your app with the light of a computer screen and the photos come out grainy, if at all. I have worked with natural light with no improvement. My negatives have been stored in a safe so are still in perfect condition. Unless you can advise and alternative way of using your app I will be discontinuing my registration

I’ve just purchased this in full. Really looking forward to being able to convert the old negatives that have been hidden away for keepsake. Brilliant.

Sorry was disappointed as result was very grainy and Nat at all what I wanted. Might be because of free/trial version but not wanting to pay at this time due to examply

Just getting started with a few negatives for which we have not seen the pics before. Great app and will organise to not get more pics. Thanks
