FilmOn Live Television

Is it Apple that won’t permit FilmOn to make an actual app for the Apple TV (as opposed to just the iphone/iPad app streaming through Apple TV) or is it FilmOn who can’t be bothered??? It would be nice to have a proper FilmOn app on the Apple TV itself, just like your Netflix app and to be able to use your Apple remote to choose channels!

Love the app. The favourite channel list and recording you get with an account, that I don’t mind paying for! -Works fine on all my deviceses, they speak together with no problem. Would just wish they made an app. For the AppleTv!?!

This service is no longer free. Used to be free in SD quality, but now it turns off after 1,5 minute and asks you to buy a subscription

Used to work fine. As of 1st May they charge you a lot of money to watch. The last year a lot of channels have even been removed from the UK selection (Quest, Dave, etc). Search for "free uk tv abroad" on google and you will find free streaming tv with five times the choice of channels. All free and no annoying fee or disruptive pop-up commercials. I have deleted this app, as it is now completely useless to me.

As of 1 May, the service is no longer free. Uninstalling.

Why has this channel disappeared from the tv listings?
