Can’t download the last 0.015mb data

I tried several times and changed my WiFi to cellular, doesn’t work.It stopped at 99% .

Download issues

Yeah, I would like to try this game, but once you open the app you need to download more than 2GB of data and guess what? The last 100KB fails saying that I have connection issues, which is untrue. I tried twice to restore the data, but similar problem. The last few MB or KB fails. What a shame

Cannot Download

i tried for around two hours to get the app to download content. it seemed to work fine at first, but stopped at 99% with only 100mb left to download. i've played this app in the past and i've never had that problem. after about 15-20 minutes waiting on 99% it'll come up with a message saying i have connection issues, and i've checked my wifi and router. everything is working fine and i can open and play much bigger files (such as high graphic mmo's) on the wifi with no issues. i uninstalled and reinstalled the app completely multiple times, tried to download the last 100mb on data instead of wifi, and checked all phone settings related to the game. the issue is with the game download. would be happy to give a higher score once the download issue is fixed.

Download Stuck At 99%

I was looking forward to playing this as I am a huge fan of the Final Fantasy Franchise but this game would not completely download its necessary files to start playing the game. Even during or after the tutorial makes no different as it just stays at 99%. I have tried to reinstall but nothing works. Please help.

Game crashed and bad support

Game crashed, waited until they “fixed it” the technical support people told me to delete the app and reinstalled it, without being able to enter and see my ID. then when I asked for help to get the account back, and even with the Apple ID linked to the game, they said that the account was lost. If you love to spend time and money in the final fantasy saga, please don’t ruin your love for it by playing this game.

Great game

4 not 5 cause prices are to expensive and it’s a bit pay to win.

Money Hungry

Shady company who have given their community large trust issues recently. Limited content available for free players and an overpriced shop if you are a low key spender. The game itself relies on instant gratification and that only comes from spending or the off chance you get something free.

So disappointing.

Wish I could actually rate the game, got through the tutorial then it just kept freezing and wouldn’t load anything else. It seems like a good game though even my short time with it, it loaded so many times

Back button doesn’t work

I caught the boat at port Lodin and the game crashed out before I could tap on to the new world area. Unfortunately when I went back into the game it doesn’t work anymore. The back button doesn’t work and I tried everything to go back. I also searched this up on internet and it seems like majority of people are having the same problem. They say to contact to gumi but i don’t know about waiting for a long time. It was an exciting game but my patience finally ran out. Will be uninstalling this game :/
