Only way you can play is to spend hundreds of dollars on their store. Too many high level obviously wealthy players continue to harass low level players forcing you to buy packages from the store or be unable to do anything.

Poor Game performance
Not sure who the new owners are of this game is but they surely do not know what they are doing. 4-5 years ago i played this game and it was fun and easy to progress. Yes i understand it is pay to play but i was still able to catch up and not spend outrageous amounts for the bare minimum. The new owners have absolutely ruined this game and help and support seem as clueless as them. They pushed my realm to hit citadel 50 but don’t offer any Divine building blueprints at all. Then tell us that they aren’t available in our realm but we have atleast 30+ over citadel 50s in this realm. If it wasn’t for the people i have met on the game I would’ve quit by now. Dont waste time downloading this game. They take your money and give less than the bare minimum.
Gold coins
Can you please make getting gold coins a bit earlier like do special missions or alliance special missions to get coins rather then then buying them with makes it a bit harder for some people this might be a good idea to do this
Crazy expensive game
I had waste more than 2000$ buying those 160$ packs and still far very far to be strong, I can say the top players probably are some of the developers team trying to make normal players waste all they wages here. Avoid this
Severely unbalanced and expensive
Unlike most games starting in this is a nightmare that’s only made easy by expensive packs. Once your starter shield is gone insanely higher level people hit smaller ones for fun making it hard to progress or an absolute mission. Would be a fun game if these were addressed.
Cost
Shame stops at level 60 as gets boring Lots of people not playing anymore due to this Also find that everything for purchase is over $30 for me which is a rip off just to play the game Yet other people seem to get things for $5 ???

Whenever game was last updated or when ever problem first occurred should have been fixed but game has constantly dropped out has done back in past and still does it biggest let down for me needs to be fixed and like everyone else has mentioned overpriced packs who the hell are you kidding

Drops out and freezes
The game is so slow keeps freezing and dropping out support is slow and not helpful. It’s over priced for what you are really getting a long way to go to make better

I’ve played this for about 3 years I think. I buy the occasional pack, maybe 4-5 a year, depending on what’s up for grabs. But you can play free without buying packs, and there is heaps to do! Once you join a guild you can make some great mates to play with. Keep up the work! Rainbw
