Finally Together is a soft edged performance tracking tool within daily healthy habits within the categories of Breathing & Resting, designed to be used for friends and families in a playful and truthful manner. This is how it goes…
The user of the app is picking one out of the two categories in the app:
Breathing and Resting.
Each of the categories consists of five individual tasks.
Each task comes with a daily practice.
The user will pick one task per week as their main point of focus.
As the user is setting up their task they will go through designing their own individual statement. Which is a multi-choice goal setting statement, designed with the purpose to help the user setting up a statement which is clear and direct enough to ease the practice for implementing this new habit.
With the task setup and the statement put together the user will now for the next coming five days report on their performance of this particular task.
The reporting feature in Finally Together is designed to encourage truthfulness over execution. The purpose of our app is to give us as users a chance to perform in grace, meaning that by choosing our task and setting our goal for the next week, we have a plan.
Then the practice is: On a daily basis to face one’s initiated plan and report to oneself, if I have chosen to do my task today; Yes or no. Both are ok, in Finally Together the key thing is to show up and report not to execute.
When we report we have to option to share our performance with an accountability group consisting up to 4 other users.
The user can choose to practice in stealth mode, by simply sharing Category & Main Reporting.
Or the user can choose to practice in open mode where they can view other users category, task, goal statement, reporting and performance reporting. In Open mode the user can also be viewed by other users in Open Mode.
