My Fitbit was so close to my phone when using the app and it didn’t find it ! 0/10

The basic model find my Fitbit. Did not work for me. I eventually found my Fitbit myself and then I put the Fitbit next to my phone to test it and it could not find it might be worth buying a monthly prescription next time rather than walking around the house car yard emptied the bins again X.

Far to complex to set up. Would never have bought it if I had known. Will not recommend purchase. Have got this far and it is still telling me to download the app. No real support only a VERY dumb chatbot, a pay for advice line (now that’s a rort) or a users site that doesn’t make sense.
