they charge you two different payments for a year subscriptions even though you did not authorise it. I got charged $32.99 at first which I authorised cause I thought it would help but then I cancelled the subscription after a few days as I did not need the app and then 10 days later got charged $48.99 for another yearly subscription which I did not authorise. I’ve already cancelled the subscription why did you charge me more? If you do use make sure to check how much they are charging.

Everything worked great until I updated my subscription to yearly. I no longer receive notifications when my circle members arrive and leave locations. Yes, I have my notifications turned on in settings. Hopefully this gets to the right person and can be fixed.

I would greatly appreciate a member to call me personally or email me because one hour costed 50 dollars and that isn’t a business that is pain robbery! I expect to have a refund and response today.!
