Fintiba - Your way to Germany

Funktioniert gar nicht seit heute Morgen!!! Steht irgendwie so bugs gefunden und muss noch aktualisiert werden

so in the app i have done the video legitimation and received the tan code and everything but they still say that i need to do the video legitimation and when i click on it it says session has expired and today i was supposed to get my money transferred and i still haven't gotten any single penny👎👎👎

I want to use this opportunity to share my impression not only about the app, but about the service in general as well. The app is really very old. No face ID, and even the first screen where you log in looks like it was made in 90-ies. I once had to change my phone number, and because I no longer had access to my old number, they asked me to send them a photo of myself with my passport and an A4 paper with the new phone number written on it - I had to do that twice, because they could not read my ID first. This means that their processes are fully manual. On the page where they list the banks where one can open a regular bank account, there are four banks, but only one of them (Sparkassa) opens accounts for foreigners who have not yet received their residence permits; other banks refuse to open accounts if you only have a visa - and it takes months to get the residence permit. But the guys at Fintiba don’t care and keep showing all four banks, so that their clients lose their time trying to open an account with them, which is doomed for failure. When my blocked account was depleted (all monthly payments were done), instead of closing this blocked account they sent me an email ‘thanks for choosing Mawista as your private health insurance’ and charged my account 349 euro! Very old app, very poor service

Man kann einfach so keine Auszahlungen in einigen Monaten bekommen. 4 Monate war bei mir alles gut, dann habe ich im fünften und im siebten Monat keine Auszahlungen erhalten, obwohl ich dem Support dreimal E-Mail geschickt und sie angerufen habe. Ich würde Fintiba gar nicht empfehlen, weil man nicht sicher sein kann, dass er nächsten Monat sein Geld bekommt

This app has repeatedly disappointed me. It’s been 1 week and I still haven’t gotten my money. They support has been absolutely horrible and they don’t reply and if they did it’s days apart. I’ve never met a more frustrating app ever.

Nice app ever

The latest update has made the app unusable. Whenever I enter my login informations and press enter, the app just crashes making it almost unusable. Have to rely on the computer web interface to use it

Mehrmals angerufen nur zwei mal aufgenommen. Die Probleme sind immer noch nicht geklärt bzw. gelöst. Sehr schlechtes System, man kann auch nicht Registrierungsschritte zurücksetzen.

Ich möchte mein Visum verlängern, aber sie haben mir nie geantwortet, nur wochenlang mit automatischer E-Mail. beschlossen, den Anbieter zu wechseln
