Fire Risk Assessment App

Been using this for years, reliable and consistent app, updated with regs as they change, support team is excellent, really easy to use, I love doing the fra on site with my phone and iPad then log on to desktop at the office, I can also check the teams report at any time.

I had a problem with the app, phones 4 times already, emailed 5 times, only one email response, to which I replied - I wouldn’t recommend this app unless you have more patients than me

Very easy to use and navigate.Totally user friendly and really looks the part. Have completed over 200 with this method and will not be using anything else. Maintenance back up and support 1st class. Well done to the FRA APP!1

This is a very useless app but some of the questions are irrelevant for your chosen topic ie residential RA gets questions about employees and commercial properties etc.

There are so many glitches with this app. Error messages all the time, the input from India continually dropped out and broke down, it’s clunky and difficult to use, questions are repeated in different sections, you can’t see the report until you’ve finished it, you can’t label photographs, you have to cover certain areas with one action as it doesn’t allow you to write additional actions e.g. for fire doors. Looks a really good app & is perfect for the big companies in our fire protection industry but that pricing structure puts small companies right off. £249 for 10 risk assessments even with 30% off it still costs more than a years subscription to word where I can upload my photos and save as PDF. I’d perhaps pay £250 for a life time membership unlimited use but no way would I be paying per risk assessment. Two stars awarded because I had to sign up to find out how expensive this app is.. disappointed really.
