Firefox 129 Password Manager is erratic in the App Multi-Switch Mode

On iOS 15.8.3 with the current Firefox I have the situation as follows: I open the Password Manager while on a page. I then switch to another app. Upon return, the Manager demands my passcode. When I submit, it discards itself and reloads the page. To get back to my password I have to plod through the settings to tap "Passwords", resubmit my passcode, thus subjecting myself to cycling over the tedious routine. It's clearly a regression. To cap my comment, syncing stopped between my iPhone and Firefox 78.15 on one of my old Macs. The sync debug logs contain heaps of messages to the effect that "this endpoint is no longer supported". The endpoint no longer supported, eh?

Always liked FF on Windows. Using it on MacOS, iOS and Linux Mint. Sync is good between them, really cross platform

Increasing disappointment

At first the removal of start in private tab, unfavored links persisting in quick actions, now cant even close the private tabs on browser close (the setting for closing is on), cant close all private tabs with the trashcan icon, because if you stay in the private tabs it will reappear after launch. And to top it off trying to report an issue brings you to an error page 401 👏

Great browser

Gesture based tab navigation like the one in Safari would really improve the UX. Otherwise a great browser.

Stupid browser opens stupid new tab everytime I bring app to focus

Yup. I don’t know how this bug went unnoticed and untested but you folks need QA def.

Need to be improved

Great browser, but for some reason not all sites appear in Homepage when I add them as shortcuts. Some web are successfully added but some are not added to homepage no matter how many times I’m trying to add them. Also I like the night mode, but it would be great to be able to turn it on and off for each webpage individually, because some sites are already in dark mode by themselves and when I turn on night mode those sites become light.
