You can order but the branch will not receive the order and waste your time trying to call someone to find it.

There’s no information about how many grams is included in the meals of meat/chicken, and if you are to buy “extra protein” there’s no grams information about what “extra” really is, some have calories info but that can be very misleading

I’ve order from this app and delivered in 60 mins covered with sour cream and cold. No one respond to the call center number neither WhatsApp or Twitter. The worst experience ever!!

I disagree with most comments i like the app but not having apple pay is such an inconvenience. Its sad that start up companies have apple pay while firegrill doesnt.

تطبيق سيئ للغاية انصح بعدم تحميلة تطلب منه وبعد استلام المبلغ يعلق ع تحضير الطلب وتخسر فلوسك والأدارة التابعه للمطعم راح يجحدونك وانه ما وصلهم شي ولو تصور لهم شاشة التطبيق والفاتورة المدفوعة راح مايردون عليك وراح تخسر فلوسك

Worst delivery app ever it crashes alot and it takes so long for food to deliver

طلبي مازال يطبخ له اكثر من ساعه !!! ولا يوجد رقم للتواصل او ايميل للمساعده او الشكوى واتوقع سيستمر طبخ طلبي اسبوع كمان!!!

Literally full of bugs, crashes a lot, a lot of options missing, and for some reason doesn’t work properly after midnight even though the store opens 24/7!!
