Slow, wouldn’t let me order the meatball sub without selecting a combo, and missing items available. Avoid.

The app is well-designed and easy to use. It allows customization with various toppings and modifications. Apple Pay as a payment option is a bonus.

The need to check your email for a verification code is horrible. Especially when the verfication code doesn’t seem to be in sync with the app

App is great and works fine expect for when you’re in the option menu. The 3 lines to the top left on the main page. The side window comes out and if you wanted to close it you can hit the background (main page) on the right. However, if you hit any of the options from this menu and try to go back to the main page you can’t. It keeps the menu/setting page opened. It’s definitely a glitch. Gotta close the whole app and reenter it every time I try to go to anything on the settings / menu

LOVE the food! I’m so happy to have a delicious sandwich shop close by. I really appreciate that the business supports firefighters. I like the app and special offers there. App needs work re: a “pick up NOW option” instead of having to schedule a pick up time. Time slot option is a problem. If you try to order a sub late at night (11:30pm) it forces you to schedule a pick up time but the first available pick up isn’t until 10:10am the next morning. The store I’m ordering from is open until 2am.

The subs are fantastic, and the app is user-friendly so far. However, I haven’t been able to use it to order, because there’s no gluten-free option, even though it’s available in-store. Here are a few suggestions: - Include the gluten-free bread option when ordering through the app. - Enable the ability to add the loyalty card to Apple Wallet.

The app is terrible to use!!!!!
